It is normal that God speaks to you through your leaders or trainers as God has given them the role and responsibility to guide you well. God is also giving other brothers and sisters certain roles or wisdom to build up His family. So someone may come up to you and his words for you might be from God. (2 Samuel 12:1-13; 1 Corinthians 14:3; Hebrews 13:17)
